Add-ons [HA] Download Loading Page 1.1.0

XenBot submitted a new resource:

[HA] Download Loading Page - Display a page and timer before the user be able to download attachment

With this add-on, you will have one more step in order to download an attachment. It means, when a user Click on an attachment to download it, it will open a new page, where there is a Counter on it and user should wait until the counter stops. Then Download button will be activated and they can download the attachment.

• Added: Usergroup Permission -> Bypass attachment loading page
• Added: Option to set different Waiting Time for different file extensions + being able to disable loading time for any extension you want.

HOW DO YOU ADD THIS add-ons? i already upload to js and library there is nothing appear to install or activate, please help me, i am trying to upload from add-ons import option, but it seem there is no way to import this file.
